Working together to achieve measurable improvements in mental health
MINDSet is a quality improvement toolkit for people involved in providing and commissioning services for people with mental health problems. It has been designed with the involvement of a range of organisations with the aim of making continuous improvement in mental health easier. The toolkit provides a range of improvement tools and handy summaries of national policy and guidance.
We have given examples of how mental health services have used the tools and the results and learning the teams have achieved. Some of these projects did not originally use quality improvement science, but are now embracing it to help with sustainability and spread of ideas.
If you have feedback, updates or if you have been involved in using quality improvement in mental health we would love to hear from you at firstname.lastname@example.org
